Who We Are
Flexible Apprenticeships, Delivered Simply
Enable Futures connects employers and aspiring apprentices through our flexi-job apprenticeship service, whether it be for an agreed fixed term, or full duration of the apprenticeship.
We work in partnership with industry to create structured opportunities that develop skills, build confidence and support long term careers, while providing employers with a practical, supported route with our extensive knowledge and experience of apprenticeships which will aid growth to their workforce.

Share your Apprenticeship Levy
with Enable Futures
Invest in Future Talent. Levy-paying organisations can transfer up to 50% of their Apprenticeship Levy to government-approved Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agencies. This enables you to support apprenticeships across your supply chain and help projects achieve employment and skills objectives.

Our Mission
We deliver flexible apprenticeships that support individuals and meet employer needs, promoting equality and inclusion. Through partnership working, we provide practical experience, industry relevant skills and sustainable career progression.
Care Leaver Covenant
A national initiative supporting care experienced young people aged 16 to 25 as they move towards independence. Enable Futures creates meaningful opportunities, helping care leavers access structured training, employment and long term career pathways.
Mentorship and Inclusive Apprenticeship Support
Enable Futures pairs apprentices with dedicated apprenticeship managers who offer pastoral support, workplace guidance and tailored development throughout their journey — helping each apprentice succeed, whatever their background.
Supporting Apprentices into Successful Careers
Apprentices supported through Enable Futures are guided into sustained employment or further progression, building successful careers through real on site experience, structured training, and industry recognised qualifications.
Practical Experience with Dedicated Support
Our apprentices receive personalised mentoring and hands-on experience on real projects, linking their training directly to workplace expectations and enhancing confidence and career readiness at every stage of their apprenticeship.
